Description
The IS200JPDMG1A is a GE Mark VI printed circuit board.The MKVI series was one of the last of the Speedtronic gas and steam turbine management systems developed and released by GE.The Mark VI includes a central Control Module that manages most of the control, monitoring, and protection of the turbine. The IS200JPDMG1A functions as a Power Distribution board.It is compatible with the feedback signal P1/P2 connectors on the JPDE, JPDB, and JPDF leading to a PPDA Input/Output pack.It receives 28VDC input power from external dc/dc or ac/dc converters and then distributes that power to the control system. The board mounts vertically in a cabinet used by the PDM. The IS200JPDMG1A is built with two 50-pin connectors, labeled P1 and P2.The board has twelve fuses. The board has a single female DC62 connector (JA1,) that is used for connecting to a PPDA Input/Output pack.The PCB has two terminal blocks (TB1/TB2) that provide access to three power buses. Each screw on the terminal blocks has a max input of 35A.It has seven 2-position plugs, three 6-position plugs, and three 9-position plugs. The 9-position plugs are 28VDC power supply inputs. Most of these are Mate-N-Lok connectors.The board also has three inductor coils, four varistors, resistors, capacitors, and transistors. The IS200JPDMG1A is 6.5 by 7 inches.It uses DIN-rail mounting and is placed adjacent to other power distribution boards.More information on the components and operation of the board can be found within GE publication GEI-100613.
