Turbine Industrial's 3 year warranty on most products ensures quality and guarantees your satisfaction!
All Turbine Industrial products are warrantied upon purchase and guaranteed not DOA. Turbine Industrial warranties are issued and honored exclusively by Turbine Industrial.
Items included in our warranty may include but are not limited to:
- 3 Year Warranty - PLCs, HMIs, and Drive Boards
- 2 Year Warranty - Drives
- 1 Year Warranty - Motors
These may vary, so please see your quotation/invoice to find out your specific product warranty. Turbine Industrial reserves the right to decide between refund, repair, or replacement for any product found to be defective through normal use within its warranty period.
Note on Returns: Due to a high daily volume of outdoing and incoming shipments, we unfortunately are not currently able to accept returns on any mistakenly ordered products, including mistyped part numbers.
