Description
The IS200CPFXG1A is a device which is called a phase leg flash protection board or CPFX. This is a type of printed circuit board or PCB which was made for the Mark VI series by General Electric or GE. This device is used in Innovation Series drives to isolate the power supply for the IS200PICH Phase Interface and Control Board or PICH. The phase leg flash protection board isolates the power for one phase leg form the other phase legs. The CPFX features one (1) isolation transformer labeled T1 and two (2) connectors labeled as J1 and J2. There is one (1) phase leg flash protection board per phase leg and one (1) IS200CPFP control power flash protection board per bridge. There are separate outputs which connect the CPFP board to every CPFX board. The IS200CPFXG1A doesn't contain any fuses, user adjustable hardware, light-emitting diodes, or testpoints. This board features two (2) plug connectors. The IS200CPFXG1A is a rectangular printed circuit board. A large transformer has been placed directly in the center of the IS200CPFXG1A. This black transformer is labeled as T1 and is square shaped. A small rectangular component is located directly above the transformer. This component is labeled as DS1. The connector known as J2 is positioned near the top edge of the IS200CPFXG1A and the connector labeled as J1 is situated near the bottom of the IS200CPFXG1A. Attached to the left edge of the IS200CPFXG1A is a small barcode. The device's full part number may be seen at the top of the IS200CPFXG1A.
