The IS200BPIAG1A is a circuit board component manufactured by GE for the Mark VI series.This series is the fifth from General Electric in their Speedtronic series for gas and steam turbine management.The MKVI is built with an HMI (human machine interface) based on a Windows PC with client/server capability running CIMPLICITY graphics display system, with the GE Control System Toolbox for maintenance applications.The MKVI can be built with control systems with triple redundant or simplex forms, depending on the needs and size of the system. The IS200BPIAG1A functions as a Bridge Personality Interface Board, which allows for an interface between the control and power electronics of an IGBT 3-phase ac drive.This includes three isolated VCO feedback circuits that monitor the dc link, six isolated IGBT gate driver circuits, VAB, and VBC output voltages. The IS200BPIAG1A has nine isolated power supplies.These are derived from secondaries of the three transformers located on the board, one per phase. The board has six plug connectors located near the transformers. These connect to the phase A, B, and C IGBTs.The board also has a single backplane connector that plugs the board into the rack system. High speed and fail-safe disable lines for fault control and gate driver disable are also provided through this connector. The IS200BPIAG1A is built with a narrow front panel that is marked with the proper rack installation slot.Damage to the board may occur if the board is improperly installed. The board includes a serial 1024-bit memory device for board id and revision information.The board also includes nine resistor network arrays, multiple integrated circuits, metal film resistors, transistors, and capacitors of various materials.
