Description
The GE Gas Turbine Control Board DS3800DMEB1 is designed for quick installation in the drive. The board features a modular connector on 1 end and retention levers on the other end. The GE Gas Turbine Control Board DS3800DMEB1 also is populated with 15 capacitors and 2 trimmer resistors. The board is populated with 2 potentiometers with dial settings and 6 indicator LEDs. It also is populated with test points.
The GE Gas Turbine Control Board DS3800DMEB1 is populated with 3 linear voltage regulators. The devices are embedded on the board and a clear plastic surface surrounds the regulators. Metal heat sinks surround each regulator. The heat sinks help dissipate the heat generated by the regulators. The plastic surface is held in place with standoffs. The standoffs keep the plastic surface from touching the board surface. Also on the plastic surface are 5 capacitors and the indicator LEDs.
The indicator LEDs have IDs.The IDs enable the operator to refer to the information provided with the board to understand the definition of the LEDs. The IDs each has the prefix of CR which is followed by a numerical value. Some of the indicator LED IDs are CR24, CR22, and CR20. The LEDs light to provide an indication of a particular function provided by the board.
The capacitors also have IDs. The IDs are printed on the plastic surface. The IDs begin with C and end with a number. Because of the risk of shock, avoid touching the capacitors until all electricity has drained from the capacitors.

We offer repair on most GE Turbine boards we sell. Although we usually have replacements available, we recognize that customers may prefer to have their board repaired. Our repair program allows us to offer a lower cost alternative to replacement.
