Description

The GE DS3800DMEA1D1C is a printed circuit board (PCB) designed to fit into their Mark IV Speedtronic series, which was designed for steam and gas turbine control. The Mark IV can be used for air, fuel and emissions control, for shutdown and cooldown procedures, and can also protect against unsafe operating conditions.

The DS3800DMEA1D1C has the following specs:

• factory drilled. There is one hole in each corner, plus one extra in the top left and bottom left corners.

• 50-pin male connector (218A4637P5) located in the middle of the right side of the board

• eighteen jumper switches. These are in a line down the center of the board and are interspersed with nine TP rings.

• eleven TP rings. Two test points are in the bottom left corner. The other nine are in the center of the board.

• one switch, bottom left corner

• eight light emitting diodes (LEDs) on the left side of the board. These are labeled tach loss, OS, OV, IOC, IOL, Field loss, Alarm, and Moving.

• fourteen adjustable resistors (round.) These have 10-point hash marks. They are marked from 0 to 100. These resistors are in two parallel lines center-left of the board. The first line of resistors is labeled top to bottom: IE Cal, Min fld, IR comp, %M/D, Tol Adj, Overvolts, and Slo Spd. The second line is labeled top to bottom: field loss, IA Cal, CMPD, IOC Adj, CEMF Cal, Spd Adj, and OverSpd.

• eight screw terminals

• eight diodes

• twenty-one metal film resistors of assorted values
